Season 24 is the twenty-fourth broadcast season of The Simpsons. It originally ran on Fox from September 30, 2012, with "Moonshine River", to May 19, 2013, with "Dangers on a Train". The season was mostly made up of production season RABF episodes, with seven rollover episodes from production season PABF also airing. Al Jean served as the showrunner for most of the season, with Matt Selman serving as the showrunner for PABF20, RABF06, and RABF14.
