Mrs. Runtledge is the mother of Rod Runtledge.
History[edit]
Mrs. Runtledge was aboard the U.S.S. Serendipity with her son when she was taken hostage by three thugs. Radioactive Man saved her and the other people on board, although Mrs. Runtledge later didn't believe it was really Radioactive Man.
Later, when Rod went out as Fallout Boy to help Radioactive Man, she called the police as she was worried about her son. She eventually found him, took him home, and punished him for skipping dinner.
