Noir Smithers is an alternate Waylon Smithers from another universe.
History[edit]
Mr. Burns brought in a group of versions of him from other universes to fight against the Homers from other universes. He also brought in a group of Smitherses from other universes to take notes on the fighting. After the fighting, Noir Smithers told Mr. Burns that in his universe, he was the boss of Noir Burns. This caused Mr. Burns to send everyone back to their universes and shut off the machine.
