J. Westminster Fullbright is an architect and the designer of The Containment Dome.
History[edit]
Claude Kane III found an architectural model on the ground and took it with him, deciding to turn it into his secret base. J. Westminster Fullbright then came outside his office and was shocked that someone had stolen his Geodesic Dome model.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
His name is parody of R. Buckminster Fuller, who popularised the Geodesic dome in real life.
