When Bart was daydreaming at school, he imagined himself in a Radioactive Man comic. Radioactive Man asked Bart if he had ever told him about the time he and his teammates beat Conquero the Starfish.

Conquero the Starfish is a parody of Starro the Conqueror, a supervillain from DC Comics.
