Windy McKay is father of Danny McKay and works at the Zenith Power Plant
History
After Radioactive Man repaired the Zenith Power Plant, he met Windy McKay, who was the safety inspector. Windy was distracted from his job as his son, Danny, had been asleep for two days after he and his wife gave him a sleeping pill. Radioactive Man took Windy to his house to inspect Danny and find out what was happening.
Radioactive Man realized that Danny was in another part of the galaxy, in the uncharted space between a grown-up's world and a child's dream, and flew off to find him. As Radioactive Man flew off, Windy told his wife that he was sure that Radioactive Man would get Danny back, but didn't understand what he was talking about.
After Danny woke up again, Windy McKay stopped showing up for work. Windy and his wife had taken the same sleeping tablets they gave to Danny and were taking a vacation.
