Cyrus Manley is a fictional character in the book The Harpooned Heart. The character was inspired by Ned Flanders.
History[edit]
In Marge's story, Temperance Barrows was married to Captain Mordecai. He wasn't a very good husband, however, and Temperance fell in love with Cyrus. A while later, Mordecai was angry at him and made him fall of a cliff. Afterwards, he drowned in the sea.
