Mademoiselle Meringue is one of the Piemen of the World. Her sidekick is The Tart.
History
When the Stonecutters were trying to steal the final piece of the stone pie that would make the Pie of All Power, Pieman and Cupcake Kid tried to stop them. However, they were interrupted by the Piemen of the World, who were also trying to stop the Stonecutters. When the Stonecutters escaped, Pieman took the Piemen of the World to his secret lair, the Pie Cave.
At the Pie Cave, the Piemen properly introduced themselves and their sidekicks to Pieman. The Piemen then decided to take Pieman and Cupcake Kid with them to stop the Stonecutters as a test to see if the spirit of the Bakers' Guild who formed the Piemen of the World spoke through him. When the Pie-Fighter was shot out of the sky above Pie Island, only Pieman, Cupcake Kid, Mademoiselle Meringue, and The Tart escaped capture. When Pieman fell out of a tree, Mademoiselle Meringue and The Tart threw meringue-arangs to create a safe landing for him. The four heroes then beat up some Stonecutters and took their robes as disguises to sneak into the base, where they found the rest of the Piemen and their sidekicks captured. They found the Bakers' Guild and rescued them before returning to free their fellow team members.
