Chinnos is a supervillain. He appeared in the film Vindicators: Crystal War.
History
In Vindicators: Crystal War, Chinnos was fought by the Vindicators after he managed to get the Doomsday app. He told the Vindicators that he would destroy the planet to turn it into a utopia. Magnesium Man then distracted Chinnos whilst Airshot got ready to kill him by blowing Chinnos' head off with his airgun. Chinnos then used an app on his phone to restore his head before he used the Doomsday app to turn the Vindicators and everyone else in the world into crystal.
Chinnos later appeared in a virtual reality world created by Marble Studios for Bart. In this world, Chinnos attacked the Vindicators' headquarters because he wanted Bart. He told Bart to tell him what he knew about the ending to Vindicators: Crystal War 2: Resurgence so he could use it to destroy the Vindicators. He then offered Bart powers in return for the spoilers. Bart refused and used his slingshot to destroy Chinnos' phone and the Vindicators then defeated Chinnos together.

Chinnos is a parody of Thanos from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
