Canker is a supervillain and an enemy to Bartman.
History[edit]
Canker had his henchmen go around Springfield committing crimes and framing Bartman for them. Eventually, his henchmen kidnapped who they thought was Bartman, but was actually Milhouse wearing Bartman's backup suit, so they could bring him to Canker.[1]
After Bartman was blamed for Milhouse's disappearance, Low Blow was surprised that Canker had managed to frame the vigilante for the crime. Canker attacked his henchman for doubting him. Canker planned to use Milhouse as bait for Bartman. Later, Canker captured Lisa the Conjuror and the Great Maggeena when they located his hideout and broke in to rescue Milhouse. He then dropped them into a pit with oversized novelty teeth in.[2]
When Kent Brockman was about to unmask Bartman on camera, Canker's henchmen interrupted it and gave Bartman a note telling him to go to the Laff 'Til It Hurtz Novelties Factory at 9 o'clock to meet with Canker. Bartman and Bartdog went to the factory where Bartdog attacked Canker, revealing him to be Mr. Burns. Smithers distracted Bartdog with a squeaky hot dog toy, and Lisa the Conjuror and the Great Maggeena escaped from the pit and set the giant novelty teeth on Canker's henchmen. Bartdog then attacked Canker and Smithers, revealing them to be robots.
Bartdog led the heroes through Springfield and to Lenny's house, where Lenny was revealed to be the person behind everything. Lenny apologized to Bartman for all the trouble he caused and told them that the constant dripping of nuclear waste over his workstation drove him insane temporarily. He stole the experimental androids from Dr. Olberman's lab and mounted a massive crime spree to try and discredit Mr. Burns. However, by the time he came to his senses, he realized that Kent Brockman had been blaming Bartman for the crimes and the town had gone crazy. Bartman then agreed to let Lenny off the hook if he could go to his house to play video games.[3]
