According to Dr. Hibbert, Walt Disney had the "evil gene", a trait he shared with Adolf Hitler and Freddy Quimby.[1]
After Marge started at college, she asked Homer if he knew that every President had been a straight white man. Homer asked Marge, "Even Walt Disney?", mistakenly believing that Disney had been a President of the United States.[2]
When Homer and Bart walked into the Nickel 'N' Dime Animation Studios offices, one of the animators said that it was like Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney had come in. Homer then immitated Mickey Mouse.[3]

Walt Disney's preserved head was owned by Mr. Burns and kept in his office. When Burns received a nacho cheese dispenser instead of a super-growth beam, Burns complained that every time the Russians send him something, it gets switched with a piece of Kwik-E-Mart junk. Walt Disney responds with "Hey! What about me?" implying that the Russians sent him to Burns.[5]
Behind the Laughter[edit]
Walt Disney's preserved head in Apu on Rigel 7 is a reference to the conspiracy theory that Disney's body was cryogenically frozen after his death. His head is in a jar with a nameplate, similar to the head jars from Futurama.
