The Rockstar is a premium quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was released in the Treehouse of Horror XXIII content update, although the quest requires level 16.

After tapping on Otto's exclamation mark Hey Bart dude! Hey Otto, what have you been up to? Check out these sweet new strings. Task: "Make Otto Jam on the Guitar". The task takes place at the School Bus and takes 4 hours. I can lay around all day, play guitar, and still get money. I love this new Springfield! Quest reward: 200 and 20
