The Pickup Truck is Cletus' vehicle. He often carries crates of chickens in the back and his wife Brandine has given birth in the front seat more than once.[1][2]
History
When Marge and Lisa needed a vehicle to get to the school, they jumped on the back of the truck, and later stole it.[3]

In The Simpsons: Hit & Run, one can unlock Cletus' pickup truck after completing the bonus mission in Level 1. It is also used in the mission "Better than Beef" in Level 2 and in the mission "Redneck Roundup" in Level 4.
