William McCafferty was a student at High School at the same time as Mr. Burns.
History
At his 98th High School reunion at the Capital City Radisson, Mr. Burns met McCafferty in the hotel, where he got a poison dart in his neck. Before McCafferty died he told Burns that he looked young as he had used the pygmy elixir, and gave Mr. Burns a map showing where he could find it.
