Harold was a patient at the Springfield General Hospital.
History
He was sharing a semi-private room with Krusty the Clown. When Krusty told Harold that he wanted a private room, he said that he'd give them all the privacy they need, then died. His wife then came into the room and shouted his name, before being told it was a private room.
