Maude Flanders' grandmother was the unnamed grandmother of Maude Flanders.
History
When Maude and Ned Flanders were on their honeymoon, Ned saw Maude who had her dead grandmother's gown on. She had an undone button and she buttoned it up, which turned on Ned, and the two had sex.
