Old King Coal is an enemy of Radioactive Man and a member of The Fossil Fuel Four.
History
He was attacking the Zenith City nuclear power plant with the rest of the Fossil Fuel Four. Together, The Fossil Fuel Four defeated and killed Radioactive Man.
Behind the Laughter
Old King Coal's name is a reference to the British nursery rhyme "Old King Cole".
