Lisa the Conjurer is Lisa's alter-ego. She has psychic powers.
History
Lisa unmasked Bartman after he sprained his foot and promised not to reveal the secret after Bart gave her six months of his allowance. Because Bart had sprained his foot he could not continue on his mission as Bartman, to save Milhouse, who had been taken hostage. Lisa started to help Bart as Lisa the Conjurer and took help from Maggie as the Great Maggeena.
