Hong Kong is a Special Administrative Region in China. Bart visited it during his time as a courier and delivered a pair of eyeballs. Seymour Skinner went on holiday whilst Bart was a courier and spotted him in the airport.
The Simpsons family embarked on a Junk from Hong Kong back to America after Selma received her adopted baby Ling.
