The Veggie-Mite is the sidekick of Captain Kidney Pie, one of the Piemen of the World.
History[edit]
When the Stonecutters were trying to steal the final piece of the stone pie that would make the Pie of All Power, Pieman and Cupcake Kid tried to stop them. However, they were interrupted by the Piemen of the World, who were also trying to stop the Stonecutters. When the Stonecutters escaped, Pieman took the Piemen of the World to his secret lair, the Pie Cave.
At the Pie Cave, the Piemen properly introduced themselves and their sidekicks to Pieman. The Piemen then decided to take Pieman and Cupcake Kid with them to stop the Stonecutters as a test to see if the spirit of the Bakers' Guild who formed the Piemen of the World spoke through him. When the Pie-Fighter was shot out of the sky above Pie Island, The Veggie-Mite was captured by the Stonecutters. He was later freed by Pieman and helped win the fight against the Stonecutters.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
The Veggie-Mite is likely a reference to Bat-Mite and the Australian food spread Vegemite.
