Gilligan's Island is an American sitcom created and produced by Sherwood Schwartz. The show's ensemble cast features Bob Denver, Alan Hale Jr., Jim Backus, Natalie Schafer, Tina Louise, Russell Johnson, and Dawn Wells. It aired for three seasons on the CBS network from September 26, 1964, to April 17, 1967.

9	182	"Treehouse of Horror VIII"	After a neutron bomb destroyed Springfield Homer listed off his lost family members and lumped Maggie, the pets Santa's Little Helper and Snowball II and the TV as "and the rest" which was a reference to the theme snog during the opening credits where 5 of 7 characters are mentioned and then showed quick images of final 2 with the lyrics "and the rest" which was a real-life point of contention for the cast and changed to "the Professor and Mary Ann" for the second season onward.
186	"Lisa the Skeptic"	Homer bears a strong resemblance to the Skipper from Giligan's Island while wearing the nautical hat.
9	192	"Das Bus"	Bart asking Martin to set up a coconut radio is a reference to Gilligan's Island.
9	197	"Simpson Tide"	Bob Denver complains about people calling him Little Buddy and hitting him with their hats.

Morehouse explains to a colleague, "I want Mary Ann on Gilligan's Island ugly, not Cornelius on The Planet of the Apes ugly."
