Rumses IV is a pharaoh of Ancient Egypt.
History[edit]
When Homer dreamed there was no beer in the world anymore, he had Lisa do a Google search to find out how this happened. During the reign of Rumses IV, beer was plentiful. However, someone got drunk and broke off the nose of the sphinx outside the Pyramid of Rumses IV. This led to Rumses banning beer and locking the recipe away in his tomb.
Years later, Homer and Mayor Barney Gumble went to the Pyramid of Rumses IV to find the recipe for beer.
