Fred Rogers, better known as Mister Rogers, is an American television host, author, and producer.

History

Bart once claimed that Mister Rogers said "get bent" all the time.^[1]

He was part of the angry PBS mob who chased Homer. While running, he said, "It's a beautiful day... to kick your ass!"^[2]

Once, while exploring the basement of Android's Dungeon, Bart and Milhouse discovered a secret stash of videotapes, which included one of Rogers taping his show while drunk. He could be heard arguing about removing his sweater.^[3]

When Lenny wore a red sweater that he purchased at Ned Flanders' yard sale, he compared himself to Mister Rogers.^[4]

Behind the Laughter

The real-life Fred Rogers died in February 2003.
