William Bligh was the captain on HMAV Bounty. He appeared in a story told by Bart.

As the Bounty was setting off from England, Fletcher Christian pointed out that Admiral Horatio Nelson was trying to send a message. Admiral Nelson messaged that Bligh ate dolphin boogers, to which Bligh responded that he might have done so as he ate dolphin. The Bounty then set off on its journey.
During the journey, Bligh mistreated his crew. He stopped them from drinking water due to shortages and then threw all their mail overboard. Willie told Bligh that if he wasn't careful, there would be mutiny. However, Bligh shrugged him off, not believing that to be the case. Eventually, the Bounty arrived at Tahiti.
