History
According to Kent Brockman on 1928 you might have seen Al Capone dancing the Charleston on top of a flagpole.[1]
Homer wrote a song called "Al Capone's Vault" about Al Capone.[2]
He appears in the Itchy & Scratchy short, "Dogday Hellody of 1933" where he shot his gun.[3]
