The Waisted Bait is a fishing boat seen at Barnacle Bay.
History
When Homer and the kids take Marge on a suprise visit to her favorite childhood place, Barnacle Bay, they find out that the island has since become a disaster; all the stores are closed, everyone is homeless, and everything is trashed. The family walk past a number of dilapidated boats tied a pier, including The Waisted Bait, The Empty Net and The Rotting Pelican. They soon learn that the terrible shape of the town is a result of an economic crisis caused by the overfishing and then disappearance of the Yum Yum Fish.
