Igor "Iggy" Wiggum is the deceased father of Clancy Wiggum.

Iggy Wiggum lived in Slobtown in 1929, where he and Joe Quimby, Sr. searched through horse dung looking for coins and buttons.[1]

During World War Two, Iggy served in the United States Army in Europe alongside Abraham Simpson, C. Montgomery Burns, Milton Haas, and Arnie Gumble in the Flying Hellfish. He had the same personality as his son Clarence, although he seemed more well-versed in military standards, as he stated that they shouldn't steal things from civilians when the unit caught Private Burns trying to steal the paintings from the German-occupied castle.
