The Art of Abe Simpson is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Abe's in Toyland content update. It requires Philip Hefflin to be obtained.

Philip Hefflin - Annoyed It's become such a tourist spot, because of its famous minimalist art galleries and the largest Dairy Queen north of the Pecos.
Philip Hefflin I thought maybe Springfield could be my next art mecca.
Grampa I don't see why not. We got five fellas named Art living right here at the Retirement Castle.
Task: "Make Philip Hefflin Do a Candid Photo Shoot". The job takes 12 hours.
