Bartdog, or Bart Dog, is Bartman's canine companion. He is the superhero alter-ego of Santa's Little Helper.
History
After spraining his ankle, Bartman turned Santa's Little Helper into Bartdog and rigged up a skateboard attached to him to pull Bartman along the streets of Springfield. Bartman and Bartdog went to Channel 6 Studios where they confronted Kent Brockman. However, Brockman led them onto a stage to unmask Bartman. When Bartman and Bartdog escaped, they went to Canker's hideout to rescue Milhouse, Lisa the Conjuror, and Great Maggeena. Bartdog attacked Canker, which unmasked him as Mr. Burns. Smithers then distracted Bartdog with a squeaky hot dog.
