Uncle Lou is the deceased uncle of Marge Simpson.
History
When Ned Flanders asks Homer to babysit Rod and Todd, he tells Ned that Marge is identifying her Uncle Lou's body at the city morgue. At the morgue, the body is revealed to be Hans Moleman (who was still alive) However, the doctor tells Marge that it was just gas escaping.
