Uncle Bill is the dead uncle of the old Jewish man.
History
The old Jewish man said that ghosts did exist and that his Uncle Bill was in the room with them. He then saw his ghost and spoke to him. He died when the Old Jewish Man dropped the ladder he was on and fell to his death.
