After Mr. Burns was able to deal with his hypohemia condition by using Bart's blood, Burns wanted the whole world to hear about the story. Smithers suggested Mr. Roman, one of the finest ghostwriters in the business, to write Mr. Burns' story. However, Mr. Burns ended up discarding him when Mr. Roman started asking for inappropriate things to write in the story.[1]
He was seen at Springfield General Hospital with an injured arm.[2]
