Charles Evans Hughes was an American politician and jurist. He was the 11th Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court from 1969 to 1986.
History[edit]
When Mrs. Krabappel told Homer that Bart could grow up to become Chief Justice of the United States, Homer thought of American former chief John Marshall, Charles Evans Hughes and Warren E. Burger.
