• In the first cutscene, Homer is eating Herschel's Smooches, a parody of Hershey's Kisses.
• When talking to the white chocolate rabbit, Homer starts talking about Alice in Wonderland.
  • Homer also references Snow White.
• Homer says "I hope I don't run into any Oompa-Loompas," referencing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Continuity

• The entire level is based on a fantasy sequence in the episode "Burns Verkaufen der Kraftwerk". In the episode, Homer was daydreaming that he was in a "Land of Chocolate".
