Synopsis

"After a mysterious buyer purchases every ticket for the KPOP concert Lisa wants to go to, the Simpsons have to figure out the identity of this evil ticket reseller. Or do they? (Yes, they do)."

Plot

At the Power Plant, due to more natural resources being used for electricity production, Mr. Burns has a meeting with a buyer that wants to use the excess electricity produced by the Power Plant to mine cryptocurrency. His skills in negotiation failed as they made a deal with the Ogdenville plant instead, partially due to a shirtless Homer standing too close to them. Smithers gives Burns an idea on how to use the excess power: a concert venue that could make profit from, The Circulus, and after illuminating the whole town at night, Kent Brockman appeared on the globe announcing the opening act will be K-pop sensation, Kneesock Dolls, Lisa's favorite pop band.

Homer tries to deny her request using his negotiation skills, saying it's on a school night, but her skills overcome his and he agreed. The tickets, however, sold out immediately and "SeatMiser" bought all tickets and sold them for $2,000. This scalper also bought tickets for all future events. In a Town Hall meeting, Professor Frink reveals the account has been set up from the Springfield Library. To find it, Mayor Quimby hired an FBI profiler.

At home, Homer promises Lisa he'll find a way to get the tickets, and when he got to the dome, angrily kicking it, Otto told him to get in his office, the School Bus. He sells Homer the tickets for $450 and cleanish urine, and it worked. They get in and start enjoying the concert, though Bart has other plans and goes to the shops around the place, finding, however, that there's much security around the place.

Bart finds the Squeaky-Voiced Teen and asks him what's the deal with the security, and the Teen tells him that it's just a giant trap from the profiler to catch SeatMiser, which is revealed to be Bart himself. He then tells Bart that the only way out is through the restricted areas using an employee pass, so Bart steals it from him. The profiler identified SeatMiser as a Springfield Elementary student from the way he acted, funding a campaign of targeted harassment toward Skinner using the state marching band.

Bart steals Wiggum's radio and hears that they'll find him backstage, right where he was going, so he hides and almost gets caught by Raphael but manages to trick him using a marker. While the family are having a great time, Bart keeps escaping barely, but the profiler buys 100 tickets to help triangulate his position. Being pinned from using his phone, Bart drops his phone in the toilet, abandoning it.

At the exit, however, the profiler reveals they found his phone in the toilet and will try to prove who it is using phone face ID. Bart tries to convince Lisa of a way to get out, but Lisa found out his plan when he sold Otto the tickets in the bus. While arguing, she finds out that he likes the Dolls' music and points out that she doesn't need to prove anything as the profiler will.

However, the phone didn't recognize his face and they left. Bart revealed he visited the room where they upload images for the dome, setting up a video of him mooning everyone, and the reason the phone recognition didn't work is because he set it up to his butt.
