Scooby-Doo is a character and the titular main protagonist of the television franchise Scooby-Doo.

History

During a conversation with film critic Jay Sherman, Homer Simpson attempted to make a joke by saying, "Scooby Doo can doo-doo, but Jimmy Carter is smarter," after Sherman made a literary pun involving Woody Allen, Albert Camus, and Jean-Paul Sartre.

In "...Six Degrees of Homer Simpson ...sort of!" Homer connected Kid Rock and Joe C. to Scrappy-Doo. He did this through:

1. "I interrupted a Kid Rock and Joe C' concert in Florida during spring break."
2. "Kid Rock dated Pamela Anderson."
3. "Pamela Anderson starred in Baywatch with David Hasselhoff..."
4. "...who starred in Knightrider with K.I.T.T."
