Rusty is a body piercer and owner of Rusty's Piercing.

History

When Patty wanted to get a makeover to make her look less like Selma, Bart took her to Rusty's Piercing to get more ear piercings. Rusty suggested that Patty get her tragus pierced if she wanted the most bang for her hole. He told her it was the third sexiest part of the ear. This disgusted Bart, which is why he told her to get it. Before he started, he asked Patty if she had a fear of extreme pain. Patty told him she only had a fear of stupid questions, so Rusty went ahead and pierced her tragus. She cried out in pain and Bart fainted.
