History

In Bart's daydream, he, along with Jason Voorhees and a Math Book, attacked Bart, only to be stopped by Santa's Little Helper in a Robocop-like outfit.

He was one of the many people who attacked Wayne Slater during his special training. Wayne kicked him repeatedly.

Comic Book Guy dressed up as Pinhead at Chiller Con 1994.
