Lucy Van Pelt is a character from Peanuts.
History[edit]
When Homer and Ned took U-completeamine, one of the famous pairs they hallucinated themselves as was Charlie Brown and Lucy Van Pelt. Ned (as Charlie) went to kick a ball, but Homer (as Lucy) pulled it away at the last second, causing Ned to fly off and exclaim "Good grief!"[1]
One of the Junior Camper merit badges Ned Flanders has earned is called "Fussbudgeting". The badge has a picture of Lucy with an outraged expression on her face.[2]
