Cultural references

• The level name is a pun on the game Enter the Matrix, from the Matrix franchise.
• The main boss of the level is Donkey Kong.
• All around the factory, Mario, Sonic and a few Koopas can be seen working behind the windows.
  • Mario mentions Bowser.
• Sonic says "I forget why I hated Eggman so much." and "That Shadow version of me? Nicest guy in the world. Misunderstood.", referencing both Doctor Eggman and Shadow the Hedhehog.
• Enemies in the level are Madden football players and enemies based on Ryu from Street Fighter.
  • The Street Fighter enemy uses the Hadouken.
  • The Street Fighter enemy references the character M. Bison.
• Warp pipes from Mario are seen and used throughout the level.
