Chris is a man who lives in Havana, Cuba.

History

When Grampa was depressed in Cuba, he saw a classic American car that he liked the look of. Chris was the owner of the car and offered to drive Grampa around in it. After the drive, Homer thanked Chris for helping his father. Chris told him that it was the car, that all their American cars were built before 1960, and that studies showed that exposure to objects from your youth could help you feel young again. Homer asked what studies they were and if they were peer-reviewed. Chris told Homer that Professor Ellen Langer did a study where seniors exposed to culture from the 1950s became more vigorous and engaged, and they even engaged in heavy petting.
