Children of the Corn Maze is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #73.
Synopsis[edit]
Lisa designs a prize-winning corn maze, only to get lost in it when she tries it out.
Plot[edit]
Lisa has created a corn maze which she calls The Amazing Malai-ze, and wins the first prize in "Clean Up This Town!" with a little help from Professor Frink. It is time for the inauguration of the maze, but no one dares go into it because they think they cannot get out, so Lisa herself begins to go through the maze. Bart asks her to bring a GPS, but she doesn't want to, because that would be cheating. After a while, Lisa gets lost and yells for help. Homer hears that Lisa needs help and goes into the maze to save Lisa, but he gets lost too, so Marge starts to search for them, but she also gets lost. They decide to use Arnie Pye and his helicopter to pick them up, but because Lisa is dressed as an ear of corn, they cannot find her. Lisa is getting frustrated, because if she never comes out of the maze, she will be doomed. Meanwhile, Bart and Maggie start looking for Lisa in the maze and they find her, but Lisa tells them that now they are all lost in the maze, but Bart has a solution: they will just go right through the corn, but Lisa refuses. However, she soon starts to get hungry and goes with Bart out of the maze—right through the corn.
