Bob's Fraud Log is a four-volume collection of evidence documenting Sideshow Bob's role in rigging the Springfield Mayoral Election results.

Sideshow Bob secretly rigged the Springfield mayoral election to guarantee his victory over Joe Quimby. After running a successful media campaign with the support of conservative radio host Birch Barlow, Bob won the election in an impossible landslide, receiving 100% of the vote while Quimby somehow still received 1%, "with a 1% margin of error."
Bart and Lisa later investigated the election records and discovered that many votes for Bob had been cast by dead citizens, historical figures, and even deceased pets from Springfield Cemetery. During the trial, Lisa manipulated Bob's ego by suggesting he was too unintelligent to organize the fraud himself. Offended, Bob proudly confessed to masterminding the election rigging and presented detailed records as proof, leading to his arrest and removal from office.
