Synopsis[edit]
- "When the Buzz Cola polar bears escape from their float, the Springfield Bear Patrol must spring into action."
Plot[edit]
It's Springfield's annual Christmas parade, but flash photography causes the Buzz Cola polar bears to escape from their float and begin attacking. The polar bears accommodate Santa's Christmas Village. The Springfield Bear Patrol finds out what has happened and wants to scare off the bears but they aremissing one member, Barney, who is detained in the Christmas village. They decide to find a replacement, and Clancy Wiggum volunteers. They get a call from the bears and try to negotiate with them, but they fail, so they decide to sneak into the Christmas village undercover. Chief Wiggum and Homer climb up on the roof of a cabin and go down the chimney to rescue Barney, who is in the cabin. The polar bears see them and are about to attack them, but they protect themselves by spraying Buzz Cola on them. Carl and Lenny try to speed up global warming, but it is going too slow. Just before the polar bears try to attack Homer and Clancy, Ralph stops them and he negotiates with the bears. They learn that the bears want to be together as a family, and they promise to let them be unless they get more diet soda. They accept the agreement and Barney is saved. The polar bears move into the zoo together as a family. Everyone celebrates with beers at Moe's with their friends. A few months later, some angry bees start to attack attack Bumblebee Man, and this is a job for The Springfield Bee Team.
