History

When Lisa found that her vegetarian salad at Springfield Elementary was made of pickle slices and a sprig of parsley, she decided to take her vegetarian cause to the people. Lunchlady Doris saw this through a secret camera and sounded an alarm to the Springfield Cattle Commission. The Cattle Commission board organized a counter-protest of meat lovers to take on Lisa's mob.

Members of the Springfield Cattle Commission include Mayor Quimby, Mr. Burns, Dr. Nick, and The Rich Texan.
