Buck Mitchell is a baseball player for the Springfield Isotopes. He is married to singer Tabitha Vixx.
History
Kent Brockman reported that Buck Mitchell had led the Springfield Isotopes to first place. At the next baseball game, Tabitha Vixx performed the national anthem, followed by a very provocative performance of her song "Trouble-istic". This embarrassed and angered Buck as she turned on the men in the crowd. When the game started, Buck played poorly, missing all the balls on the field and failing to hit any when batting. The crowd began to turn against Buck and the team, prompting Howard K. Duff VIII and Duffman to activate the Kiss Cam as a distraction. Homer and Marge were among the couples featured on the Kiss Cam, which gave Buck an idea to save his marriage.
That night, Buck went to the Simpsons and asked them to help save his marriage, as it wasn't going well. Homer and Marge became counselors to Buck and Tabitha, attempting to help them work through their problems. However, after Homer flirted with Tabitha, Marge ended the first counseling session. Homer then asked Buck to sign a load of baseballs.
The next counseling session took place at Buck and Tabitha's mansion. Marge and Homer made some progress with the couple, advising them to spend more time together. This led to Buck playing better in his next game, hitting five home runs in two nights. Meanwhile, Tabitha performed a new song, "Sexy Marriage Land", on stage. After the performance, Homer visited her dressing room and gave her a neck massage. Buck overheard this, stormed in to confront them, and knocked Homer out, ending the counseling sessions.
Because Homer had worsened Buck and Tabitha's relationship, and Buck began playing poorly again, Homer and Bart were beaten up by fans. Homer tried to convince Marge to help fix the relationship again, but Marge refused because Homer shouldn't have given Tabitha a neck massage. Homer decided to fix the relationship on his own. After he left, Tabitha visited Marge and revealed that she had broken up with Buck.
At the Isotope Stadium, Homer hijacked the Duff Blimp and made it display a message, supposedly from Tabitha, declaring her love for Buck. This motivated Buck to hit the next ball with great force, sending it into the blimp. As the blimp crashed, Homer bailed out. Buck, believing Tabitha was inside the blimp, tried to find her. When he realized she wasn't there, he confronted Homer once more. Tabitha then appeared on the big screen and told Buck she would take him back if he could guess the attendance at the game. Buck and Tabitha reunited once more.[1]

Personality
While Buck Mitchell is a professional athlete, he seems to be more conservative than his wife, becoming embarrassed when she flaunts her assets. He considers himself an old-fashioned guy and expected Tabitha to give up her career and focus on his when they got married. However, Tabitha did not want this, as she wanted to continue her career despite his wishes.
