Mr. Chupo

Mr. Chupo is the owner and cashier of Chupo's Candy Store. He appeared in "Bart the Hero" and was tied up by the Candy Store Bandit. He agreed to pay Bart Simpson the $10,000 reward for the bandit's capture in candy bars.
