Gummy Joe is a Springfield Nuclear Power Plant worker. He has one tooth, which he calls "Chomper", thanks to the dental plan at work. He uses chomper to open cans. In the episode Boy-Scoutz N the Hood, he is on a package of bubble gum as "Toothless Joe". beep.
