Daisy Quimby, also known as Rose Quimby, is mother of Mayor Joe Quimby and matriarch of the Quimby family.

She attended the wedding of Rainier Wolfcastle and Maria Shriver-Kennedy Quimby.

Behind the Laughter

As the Quimby family is a parody of the Kennedy family, an American political dynasty, Daisy Quimby parodies the Kennedy family matriarch Rose Kennedy. In The Simpsons: A Complete Guide to Our Favorite Family, Daisy Quimby is referred to as "Benefactor: Daisy, the never-seen Quimby matriarch."
