Howell Huser is a tourist who travels Springfield in There's Something About Marrying. He is based on real life tourist Huell Howser and is one of the only named characters in the series to be voiced by Karl Wiedergott. When Bart and Milhouse try to play a prank on Barney it backfires and then he eventually falls out of a turnip truck. Bart and Milhouse then take him to the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant where he is beaten up by a monster sized Blinky. Later he is then hurt by false gum and eventually humiliated. Three days later on TV he names Springfield "THE WORST TOWN EVER" and a month later tourists stop coming to Springfield which then has Mayor Quimby legalize same-sex marriages.
